Can I use Cue in my existing writing app?
Cue provides dictation across Mac apps. Put the cursor where you want the words to appear and try a short passage in your usual editor.
Do I have to ask AI to rewrite everything?
You can use dictation for the first pass and edit the words yourself. When you want help, use Edit Mode on the passage you choose.
What stays on my Mac?
Your notes remain local Markdown files. On-device transcription runs on your Mac. Choosing cloud transcription, summaries, chat, or editing sends the relevant input to a provider. Connected AI tools have their own data practices.
